To return
any item please follow these 4 simple steps.
1. Ensure that the item is
securely wrapped and is still in its original
box and packaging.
2.
Enclose the original receipt or a photocopy.
3.
Please send the item to :- Purely Pencil, P.O.
Box 5087, Glasgow, G78 4YD, Scotland.
4. Obtain
a receipt from the Post Office when you mail it
along with any insurance to cover the amount of
the article

Any item must be returned within 30 days and
must be in resaleable condition and not altered
in any way.
The refund is for the value of the goods only
and does not include post and packing.
We
cannot be held responsible for any goods that do
not arrive so please obtain receipts and
relevant insurance from the Post Office when
returning the item.
Please ensure correct documentation and
payment at time of posting as we will not
accept any parcels that require duty or extra
charges to be paid.
